- 17 Attachment#2 Annual Crane Test Appendix A 17 Attachment#1 SOW Crane Testing 17 DE-SOL-0008240 Clauses 17 RFQ Face Pages 16 Combo Syno THIS RFQ IS 100% RESERVED FOR SMALL BUSINESS. This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the commercial item test program at FAR 13.5. Western Area Power Administration, Sierra Nevada Region, Folsom, CA Office has a requirement for annual Crane Inspections in accordance with the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) DE-SOL-0008240. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-80. A fixed price contract will be awarded using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures. A fixed price contract will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industrial Code (NAICS) is 811310 and the business size standard is $7.5 million. Vendors submitting responses must be registered in the www.SAM.gov before an award can be made to them. If vendor(s) are not registered in SAM, they may do so through the SAM website at: www.sam.gov.
