- Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Sill, Oklahoma intends to award a sole source contract to Real Time Monitors, Inc. in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Acquisition is for Switch Expert upgrade to version 8.0 CS2100 Outside Server, Switch 8.0 NEM License, Training, Standard Support Annual Maintenance Plan and Enterprise Support Annual Maintenance Plan for server support and operating system for existing equipment. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210 and the size standard is $38.5 million. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers and is posted for seven (7) calendar days. No solicitation package will be available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 4:00 pm CST, April 6, 2015, the contract will be issued without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract is based on this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
