- Solicitation for NSN 3110-01-474-8902/ PR: 0053677095, Roller, Bearing Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation (CAGE 73030) Part # 814180-1. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this item is Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation CAGE 73030. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) package. A letter request for proposal (RFP) will be issued for a firm fixed-price quantity of 72 each. This solicitation will be solicited as an unrestricted acquisition and result in a firm fixed-price contract without options. The required delivery schedule is 299 days ARO, FOB origin, inspection/ acceptance origin. PPIRS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requesters by contacting the buyer directly.
