Description

This acquisition is to provide a comprehensive, five-day training course for Certified Energy Managers (CEM) at NAVFAC Far East, Yokosuka, Japan for thirty five (35) students. The contractor shall include all course materials, handbooks, four days of training, one-day proctoring of the exam which includes the cost of the CEM application and the exam. ITEM 0001: Provide a comprehensive, five-day Training Course for Certified Energy Managers. The course will include: All course materials, Energy Management Handbooks for each student, (35 students) Four days of training by two instructors, One day proctoring of the exam, and The cost of the CEM application and the exam. Interested parties are encouraged to register at https://asia.neco.navy.mil/ or Federal Business Opportunities (FBO), at http://www.fbo.gov prior to downloading the solicitation.
