- Request for Proposal (RFP) DJD-15-R-0009 The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for Authorized Central Storage (ACS) Chemical Disposal and Destruction services for Alabama. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 562112, Hazardous Waste Collection. The Small Business Size Standard is $38.5 Million. DEA has the need to secure the services of one contractor for Alabama. A certified/qualified contractor is needed to pick up, transport, and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous waste stored at state and local ACS locations within the state. This is a total small business set-aside. The Government intends to procure these services in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. It is anticipated that this acquisition will result in the award of a single fixed unit price, time and materials/labor-hour indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract. The anticipated period of performance will consist of one 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods. Attached please find a copy of Request for Proposal (RFP) DJD-15-R-0009.
