- This special notice is issued by the Bureau of Indian Affairs, San Carlos Irrigation Project, 13805 North Arizona Boulevard, Coolidge, Arizona that the agency intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 to Gila River Telecommunications (tribally owned SDB) 7065 West Allison Road, Chandler, AZ 85226, in an estimated amount of $53,000 ($17,500 base year in addition to $8300 for option year one; $8700 for option year two; $9100 for option year three; and $9600 for option year four). DESCRIPTION (SYNOPSIS) OF WORK CONTEMPLATED UNDER THIS PROJECT: PROJECT TITLE: SAN CARLOS IRRIGATION PROJECT INDIAN WORKS PRIVATE BRANCH EXCHANGE (PBX) INSTALL AND SETUP The Bureau of Indian Affairs / San Carlos Irrigation Project, Indian Works (SCIP IW) program, located on the Gila River Indian Community (GRIC) Reservation at 204 West Pima Street, Building T-5, Sacaton, Arizona, provides irrigation water to GRIC lands within the SCIP jurisdiction area. The SCIP IW program is looking to contract with Gila River Telecommunication to provide a small business PBX switch, Voice over Internet Protocol capable serving 9 telephones and 5 lines. The PBX switch installation/implementation will require the following: Installation and configuration, Provide all products, services, material, manuals and end-user training, Telephones will be installed in existing jacks, The new PBX and telephones will operate on its own network, All new telephone network equipment will be installed in the existing SCIP IW network rack. Upon conclusion of implementation, GRTI will provide end-user training, hard copy user manual, and a soft copy user manual for printing when necessary. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation will be issued however all responses received from Buy Indian Sources (relative to the Buy Indian Statute) within 45 calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no affirmative responses are received within 45 calendar days of this notice to determine whether a qualified source is more advantageous to the government, the award will be issued to Gila River Telecommunications. Responses must be received by 1:30pm Arizona Time on May 20, 2015. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS SUCH.
