Description
The National Park Service (NPS) is getting ready to issue a Prospectus soliciting for proposals in response to a business opportunity to operate lodging, food and beverage, retail, hot springs and pools, campgrounds, and other related services in at Sol Duc Hot Springs in Olympic National Park. The NPS has scheduled one site visit for May 7, 2015. This site visit is an opportunity for all interested parties to tour the Concession Facilities, including back of the house operations. Attendance is not required in order to submit a proposal, however attendance is encouraged as this will be the ONLY site visit provided by the NPS. The NPS reminds anyone intersted in attending the site visit that you MUST RSVP no later than 5:00 p.m. PDT, May 5, 2015 to reserve a spot. RSVP by emailing Dave Fuller, Administrative Officer at Olympic National Park, at david_fuller@nps.gov. The email must provide the following information: name of company or organization, a list of ALL attendees (full name), name of the primary contact, including email, mailing address and phone number. Due to space constraints, interested parties will be limited to a total of eight (8) people per company or organization. Site visit attendees are responsible for making their own lodging reservations, meals, and incidentals, and are advised to make lodging reservations well in advance of the site visit dates.
