Description

FA4661-15-R-0014 Attachment: Dyess Form 173 FA4661-15-R-0014 Attachment: Question Form Solicitation: FA4661-15-R-0014 Replace Two (2) Ea. R-22 HVAC Units for Bldg. 8011, Dyess AFB TX In accordance with the requirement, the contractor shall install two(2) five(5) ton HVAC split units along with two(2) new indoor units. The contractor shall ensure the two(2) newly split units will be factory charged with refrigerant R-410A. The split unit air-conditioners shall be powered independently. The air conditioner's electrical circuit shall be replaced with new wiring, conduit, disconnect switch, thermostat, thermostat wiring, and heat and smoke detecting devices. The contractor shall fabricate new ductwork from galvanized sheet metal if necessary.
