- SPM4A815Q0125 DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure 1 each Hydraulic Shear with contract completion required in 90 days ARO. Solicitation is Full and Open competition in accordance with DLAD 6.101 Complete technical data package DLA-A-VIBB 14-11-1137 including all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, installation, and training requirement is included as a part of the solicitation. Request for Proposal SPM4A815Q0125 is anticipated to issue on 04/16/2015 and close on 04/27/2015. FOB will be at Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination Award will be result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract.
