- Solicitation The West Palm Beach Medical Center located at 7305 N Military Trail West Palm Beach, FL 33410, intends to issue a Request For Quote (RFQ) for custom mental health furniture. Type of contract will be a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. This procurement is being solicited as unrestricted NAICS code is 337127. Solicitation will be electronically issued in commercial item format in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13 and will be posted on FBO on or about April 13, 2015 with an estimated offer due date of April 27, 2015. Any future amendments and other miscellaneous documents will be available electronically for download at the following URL: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Proposals are to be submitted electronically to the following email Lisame.acharia@va.gov, electronic proposals shall be titled in the following format company name and RFQ number the contractor must ensure that we receive the proposal on time, confirming this by e-mail.
