Description

U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) anticipates contracting with Cocoon Inc. 216 Lafayette Road North Hampton, NH 03862, to supply the services and support equipment as required to install the Expeditionary Forces Aircraft Shelter System (EFASS) 20.4 at Fort Bragg, NC. This procurement will include parts and labor for the installation of a 20 x 28m building wrap. No facility engineer support is necessary. The proposed action is for a commodity purchase and service for which the Government does not own specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Firms that feel they can provide this commodity or equal or service are encouraged to identify themselves. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal, however, the Government will consider all proposals received by the specified due date (in accordance with FAR 5.203(a)). A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition is solely within the discretion of the Government. The requirement will be released a commercial requirement under FAR Part 12.
