- This is a revised posting of the REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) The United States Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville (CEHNC) is hereby releasing this Request for Information (RFI) for the Area Cost Factor, Cost Book and Economic Analysis Support for the Tri-Service Automated Cost Engineering System for CEHNC. Companies are encouraged to respond to this request if they are interested in receiving the Request for Proposal (RFQ) for the requirement described in the Draft Performance Work Statement, Attachment 1. Interested companies shall complete the RFI Questionnaire, Attachment 2. The procurement method for this requirement has not yet been finalized. The information resulting from this RFI will assist the Government in finalizing its overall acquisition strategy. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of response to this announcement. This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFQ). No proposals will be accepted at this time. Estimated RFQ opening date is undetermined at this time. All responses will be considered. No hard copy or facsimile submissions will be accepted. Extraneous materials (brochures, manuals, etc) will not be considered. The Government does not intend to rank submittals or provide any reply to interested firms. Responses to this RFI shall be submitted by 5:00 PM CST on 24 April 2015 to Nancy Wilhite at Nancy A.Wilhite@usace.army.mil and Van Pinion at Van.E.Pinion@usace.army.mil. Questions concerning this announcement will be due by 2 February 2015 and no further questions will be addressed after this date. All questions shall be submitted to Nancy Wilhite and Van Pinion via e-mail only at Nancy.A.Wilhite@usace.army.gov and Van.E.Pinion@usace.army.gov.
