- DRAFT Appendix F - Building Square Footage DRAFT Appendix E - DoDEA Pacific School Calendars SY15-16 DRAFT Appendix D - Gymflex Maintenance Instructions DRAFT Appendix C - Summer School Cleaning Frequency Schedule DRAFT Appendix B - Seasonal Cleaning Frequency Schedule DRAFT Appendix A - Basic Routine and Periodic Cleaning Frequency Schedule Attachment 1 - DRAFT Performance Work Statement Attachment 2 - Market Research Questionnaire The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Pacific is seeking potential sources to provide Custodial Services in support of the Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) in Guam. See Attachment 1 - "Draft Performance Work Statement" for more detail on contract requirements. DoDEA Pacific, Procurement Division anticipates a competitive acquisition for a firm-fixed-price, non-personal services, requirements-type contract for a 12-month base period and four one-year option periods. Response to this Presolicitation Notice is strictly voluntary and will not affect any firm's ability to submit an offer if, or when, a solicitation is released. The requested information is for market research and planning purposes only and does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued. No entitlement to payment by the Government of direct or indirect costs or charges will arise as a result of the submission of information. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any improperly identified proprietary information. Interested parties responding to this notice are requested to submit a capability statement not to exceed 5 pages to include: 1. Company Name a. Address b. Point of Contact (POC) and contact information c. CAGE code d. Indicate whether your company is a large or small business. If a small business, please specify the type (e.g. HUBZone, 8(a), SDB, EDWOSB, general SB, etc.). 2. Completed Market Research Questionnaire (Attachment 2) Interested parties shall submit a Capability Statement via email to stephanie.vandine@pac.dodea.edu not later than 30 April 2015, 1700 Japan Standard Time (1800 Chamorro Standard Time). Anticipated dates of solicitation release will be posted AFTER capability statements have been received and reviewed. Any questions concerning this acquisition should be directed to stephanie.vandine@pac.dodea.edu. Be advised that all correspondence sent via e-mail shall contain a subject line that reads "Sources Sought - HE1260-15-R-0003." Electronic submission is required.
