Background and mission information are available at http://www.pbgc.gov/about/who-we-are.html. The PBGC has a requirement for integrated contract portfolio management, continuous process improvement, program management, and acquisition planning.. This requirement is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The appropriate NAICS code for these services is 541611 with a small business size standard of $15,000,000.00. The anticipated period-of-performance for this requirement is a one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. In order to be eligible for award, all responsible sources must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). Contractors may register online at the website, www.sam.gov. Any amendments will be available through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website https://www.fbo.gov. PBGC anticipates making the award on or about July 1, 2015. This date is approximate. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring FBO for the most up-to-date information. Paper copies of the solicitation and any amendments will not be distributed. Further inquiries regarding this solicitation must be sent to the Contract Specialist, David Poppe, at poppe.david@pbgc.gov. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing by 10:00 a.m. EDT on April 24, 2015 to allow the PBGC an opportunity to respond. Any questions received after this date may not be answered before the solicitation closing date.
