Description

The below NSNs are being bought in accordance with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation / 97942. Based on market research these items are not commercial and will be solicited using FAR Part 15 to be shipped to (SW3121) Albany, GA ZIP CODE 31704-1128. FOB Origin and inspection acceptance at Destination is required. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 05/1/2015. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. NSN: 5840-01-023-3235 - Circulator, L-Band - Part Numbers 138C657H01 - QTY 5 5 895-01-030-9462 - Diplexer - Part Numbers 362D637H01 - QTY 10 5840-01-023-3236 - Filter Assy, IFF - Part Numbers 352D557G01 - QTY 20 This solicitation is an unrestricted procurement. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, per provisions (52.215-9C09, 52.211-9051, and 52.215-9022). The required delivery is 545 days. Best commercial packaging is acceptable. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. Unit of Issue: EA The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 5840 & 5985. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
