Description

Request for Proposal The U.S. Department of Commerce/National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)/Deputy Under Secretary's (DUS) Office would like to enter into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order. The award for the Purchase Order shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions listed in Attachment D. Please be advised that this Request for Proposal (RFP) does not commit the Government to pay any cost for the preparation and submission of a proposal. In addition, the Contracting Officer is the only individual who can legally obligate the Government to the expenditure of appropriated funds in connection with this procurement. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside Procurement. The Contractor must be considered a Small Business under NAICS Code 722320. Contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM), which replaced the Online Representative and Certification Application (ORCA) and the Central Contracting Register (CCR). SAM can be found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Please be sure to include your DUNS number on your proposal. Please see the RFQ attached. This is a %100 Small Business Set Aside.
