- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81EWF51318599 and is being issued as a Request for Quote. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 324191 with an employee size standard of 500. A fixed-price contract with economic price adjustment is anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes shall be submitted in electronically. It is the offeror's responsibility to ensure receipt of quotes by the time and date stated herein. Contractors shall quotation on company letterhead to include all charges for the below listed items to be delivered in accordance with the specifications listed below: DESCRIPTION/ SPECIFICATIONS: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineering Research and Development Center has the following requirement: Supply and Deliver of 12,000 gallons of #2 Dyed Low Sulfur off-road Diesel fuel to be delivered by pumper truck. Pricing shall reflect the total cost for 12,000 gallons of #2 Dyed Low Sulfur off-road Diesel fuel to include delivery and other items necessary for successful performance of the contract. Fuel shall be priced as if delivery will made on May 18, 2015. A pricing adjustment may be made for the market price on the date of delivery. BID SCHEDULE: Line Item 0001 - Diesel Fuel Qty 12,000 Gallons Unit Price: _______ Total Amount_______ DELIVERY: Quick turnaround is necessary in order for the Government to fulfill its mission, therefore a TIMELY delivery is required. Delivery of fuel requires pumper trucks to access generators. Diesel fuel shall be delivered NLT Friday, May 22, 2015 to USACE -Engineer Research and Development Center, 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Building 8000 Vicksburg, MS, 39180-6199 Award shall be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is determined to be the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
