- Department of Veterans Affairs Network 21 Contracting Office will be issuing a Request for Proposal for the installation of a ramp and roof rail, along with stairwell repairs at the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System, Reno, Nevada 89523. This procurement is for total Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220. Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 15. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is May 14, 2015 and closes June 10, 2015 at 5:00PM PST. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. Site Visit: A site visit has been scheduled for Friday May 22, 2015 at 10:00 am. Inquiries: All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing by email to charee.harris@va.gov. No telephone questions will be accepted. Questions will not be accepted within 3 days of the closure date, June 10, 2015.
