- Request for Proposal (RFP) SPE4A515R0687 will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This is a Firm-Fixed Price type contract. This NSN is not commercial. The part being procured is a Injector, Fuel, NSN 2915-00-595-7543. Configuration Control and Export Control Applies. Quantity: 324 units. The solicitation terms include FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. The delivery requested is 189 DARO. Contractor First Article Test (FAT); Export Control and Configuration control applies. Electronic Offers are not acceptable. Woodward FST CAGE 65065, Delavan Inc CAGE 71895, and General Electric Company CAGE 99207 are approved sources for this item. Part Number is 6030T67G03. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirement at time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.2091 or 52.209-2. Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/PFR. The solicitation issue date is June 01, 2015.
