Description

This is a Sole Source Synopsis announcement. Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a sole source delivery order Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to NW Bend Boats (dba North River Boats ) of Roseburg, OR for up to two (2) Navy Force Protection (FP Large) Harbor Security Boats. The award will be made under GSA Schedule contract number GS-07F-0357M, SIN #260-06. The intent of this notice is not to solicit competitive quotes. A written solicitation will not be issued. Under FAR Part 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C) the new work is a logical follow-on to an original Federal Supply Schedule DO Number N00024-12-F-2226 dated 23 JAN 2012. The original order was placed competitively in accordance with the applicable Federal Supply Schedule ordering procedures. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this acquisition is 336612, Boat Building. Small Business Size Standard for this acquisition is 500 Employees.
