- WD 2005-2543 Rev 17 Appendix 4 Draft PWS Draft Solicitation The 633d Contracting Squadron/ LGCC requests Industry to provide comments on the Joint Base Langley-Eustis Custodial Services Draft Request for Proposals (RFP) no later than 1400 hours EST, 27 May 2015. This is a Draft RFP Only. This Draft RFP is provided to Industry solely for comments and feedback. This is not a Request for Proposal at this time. Please review the following attachments: Attachment 1 - Draft Solicitation FA4800-15-R-0001 Attachment 2 - Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) Attachment 3 - Appendix 4 (8May15) Attachment 4 - Wage Determination 2005-2543 Rev 17 In an effort to create a highly competitive and fair environment for the JBLE Custodial Services solicitation, the Government is seeking comments to be incorporated into the final revisions of these documents. The Government asks reviewers to focus and comment on the following: (1) Clarity of results to be achieved identified in the PWS and its appendices (2) Understanding of the Evaluation Criteria for Award (3) D raft Contract Structure (i.e. Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure) (4) Any additional comments or feedback that may improve the overall clarity and understanding of this Draft RFP This Draft RFP is restricted to 8(a) companies, and is issued for information and planning purposes only. It does not constitute an official RFP, nor does the issuance restrict the Government's acquisition approach. Responders are advised that the government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this notice. Response to this notice is strictly voluntary and will not affect any potential offeror's ability to submit an offer if a solicitation is released. Any request for a solicitation package will be disregarded. The government does not intend to award on the basis of this Notice. Any request for a solicitation package will be disregarded.
