Request for Quotations W912GB-15-T-0005 FY15 Israel Leased Vehicle Support NOTE: PLEASE NOTE THAT PROPOSED QUOTES ARE DUE BY 14:00 CENTRAL EUROPEAN SUMMER TIME (CEST) ON 15-JUNE-2015 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Europe District hereby request for quote (RFQ) to obtain Leased Vehicle Support services to support the US Army Corps of Engineers, Israel Area Office located in Israel. This procurement will result in a single, firm-fixed price purchase order. Description of Work: The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532112, Passenger Car Leasing. Destination / Ship to Address/ Place of Performance: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Europe District Israel Area Office Maskit St. 22 Herzliya, Israel +972-(0)9-956-8296 ext. 200 The Request for Quotations (RFQ): This RFQ is being issued in electronic format only. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available and written or fax requests will not be accepted. Contractors may download the solicitation (and any amendments) via the FedBizOpps web site, www.fbo.gov. All amendments to the RFQ will be posted to the FedBizOpps web site. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps web site for any amendments. Interested firms must register at FedBizOpps in order to access the solicitation. Offerors are responsible for printing copies of the RFP and any amendments. It is the responsibility of the contractors to check the FBO website frequently to ensure they have all available information. Quotes Due Date: Proposed quotes are due by 14:00 Central European Summer Time (CEST) 15 June 2015. Offerors shall provide a firm fixed price quote as required by the Performance Work Statement (PWS). All quotes shall be submitted in U.S Dollars and delivered electronically via e-mail to: Oksana Strekha, Contract Specialist at oksana.strekha@usace.army.mil with cc: to Glenn Adams, Contract Officer at glenn.adams@usace.army.mil. The Government will make award and all payments for the contract in U.S Dollars. Any proposed quotes received in response to this RFQ will be reviewed strictly as submitted. The Government intends to evaluate quotes and award a contract without discussions to the lowest offeror in accordance with FAR 12 pursuant to the award criteria stated in FAR Clause 52.212-2. Submission Requirement: Offerors shall provide the price proposed quote and Solicitation required documents: a. Offerors shall submit a completed Pricing Schedule containing the contractor determined price b. The Offer executed with an original signature by an official authorized to bind the company c. Acknowledgment of all amendments to the RFQ should be noted on the offer d. Representations and Certifications shall be fully completed e. The name, address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail addresses of the Point(s) of Contact with the authority to legally bind the Contractor f. DUNS, CAGE, and TAX Identification Number of the Contractor submitting the proposed quote Questions: All Questions must be submitted in writing and no later than 28 May 2015 at 14:00 CEST to oksana.strekha@usace.army.mil. This office will not accept any telephonic, written, or faxed requests for a copy of the solicitation. Required Registration: All offerors are required to be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) before award. The System for Award Management (SAM) is the official U.S. government system that consolidates the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA and EPLS. There is NO fee to register for SAM. If you used any of the previous systems, you should now go to www.sam.gov to update your information. SAM training tools and quick-start guides are available on both the SAM and Federal Service Desk websites, located at www.sam.gov and www.fsd.gov.
