Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) intends to issue Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) VA249-15-R-0421. The VA desires to lease sufficient square footage of existing real property space to yield up to approximately 24,649 Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) in Memphis, TN for use as a Primary Care Clinic. On-site parking for 120 vehicles is required and space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Union Ave/Walnut Grove Road, East: Germantown Road, West Hwy 51/Elvis Presley Blvd, South: Hwy 175/Shelby Drive. A lease for up to 10 years will be considered. This is a pre-solicitation notice published in response to the previous Expression of Interest that was posted under VA249-15-R-0421 and closed on April 24, 2015. All site visits have been completed.
