Description

This is Attachment 1: List 1 - Scheduled Government Furnished Property This is the Draft (unreleased) Solicitation This is a synopsis of proposed contract action FA4452-15-R-0010. This is not a solicitation or invitation for offerors to submit proposals. HQ AMC/A3A Communications Operations Directorate requires logistical and technical support for three Air Mobility Command (AMC) owned MPN-25 Mobile Ground Controlled Approach Radar systems and two Navy owned FPN-68 Radar systems also known as Precision Approach Radar 2000 (PAR-2000) systems. Services provided include depot-level repair, maintenance, operator training, supply support, technical support, system engineering, and documentation management at contractor's facility as well as at deployed system locations, as specified by the government. The government plans to issue a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) for MPN-25 and FPN-68 Radar Support services on or around 08 June 15. This acquisition will be solicited via the FedBizOpps website (FedBizOpps.gov). The government intends to issue a sole-source contract to Exelis Inc. with a combination of Firm-Fixed Priced, Cost Reimbursement and Cost Plus Fixed Fee CLINs. The planned period of performance is as follows: Base Period (13 Sep 15 - 12 Sep 16) Option Period 1 (13 Sep 16 - 12 Sep 17) Option Period 2 (13 Sep 17 - 12 Sep 18) Option Period 3 (13 Sep 18 - 12 Sep 19) Option Period 4 (13 Sep 19 - 12 Sep 20) Please note that all dates listed in this synopsis are tentative and are subject to change.
