- Statement of Work The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) / Division of Laboratory Sciences Tobacco and Volatiles Branch in Atlanta, GA, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price Purchase Order to Leap Technologies Inc for maintenance of CTC Analytice Chromotographic Sampling System. Leap Technologies is the only known vendor who can satisfy all vendor qualifications as outlined in the Statement of Work, specifically the requirement to have been involved with the continual maintenance of the softward packages Chronos and Leap Objects. Vendor field sevice enginners should be trined in the areas: CTC Pal Systems, CTC Modules, Chronos and Leap Objects. Must provide current certification in Chronos and Leap Objects Software. Have prior knowledge, certification, and experience in repair and manintenance of CTC Analytics Equipment. The ability to respond to service calls within 48 hours of logged complaint. Excellent written and oral communications skills in the English language. This Procurement is for a Commercial Item as defined by FAR Parts 2 & 12. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within 15 business days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
