Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 16, is conducting market research to identify potential sources able to provide local courier services service for multiple VA facilities through the Shreveport, LA metro area. In order to assess current market conditions, formulate an accurate cost estimate, and develop an effective Performance Work Statement, the Government is requesting industry feedback with respect to the areas listed below. Any information submitted by and obtained from industry as a result of this notice may be used in development of the final Performance Work Statement, cost estimates or terms and conditions of the actual solicitation. The anticipated NAICS code is 492110 -Courier and Express Delivery Services. Although the Government anticipates a set-aside requirement, a final determination will not be made until market research is complete.
