Description

Draft Solicitation Attachment 1 - Specification 804 Attachment 3 - Drawing #642 Attachment 2 - Figures 1 and 2 National Library Services for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS) has a requirement for custom braille containers. Any vendor that wishes to be considered for this requirement must submit a signed Request for Quote (RFQ). In order for interested vendors to be considered, they must follow these instructions. 1) Complete blocks 13 and 14 on page 1 of the Standard Form 18 2) Complete the table at the top of page 3 of the Standard Form 18 with their best pricing. 3) Interested offeror's must submit their filled out Standard Form 18 via this FBO posting. Failure to follow these instructions may result in the rejection of an offeror's submission.
