Description

Proprietary Letter Scope of work Justification for other than full and open competition (JOFOC) Preventative maintenance, calibration services and intermittent emergency repairs are required at the Yakama Indian Health Center for an existing Fujifilm digital radiology system to secure proper maintenance of the equipment. There will be a necessary hardware/software upgrade for the new period of performance which is 09/01/2015 - 08/31/2017. The Fujifilm x-ray unit provides for the delivery of radiology services to Native American people and is necessary for direct patient care in support of clinical diagnosis. Maintaining operational availability is a critical component for day to day operations which assures comprehensive public health services are readily available and accessible for eligible patients at the Yakama Indian Health Center.
