Description: JA - urgent and compelling The U.S. Department of State has awarded a firm-fixed price contract to Scaletta Armoring Company for the completion of an armoring requirement for Cadillac XTS models. This requirement is for life safety and is unusually urgent and compelling. The U.S. Department of State does not have time to conduct a full-scale competition due to the urgency of the requirement. It is crucial that the finished (armored) XTS units are delivered to the required locations in a short period of time.
