Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS State: Montana City: Great Falls Delineated Area: Start at the point of beginning; Smelter Ave NE and Old Havre Hwy, go south to River Drive North, go west continuing on to 57th Street North to Business Interstate 15/Highway 89, go west to Interstate 15, go North to Central Avenue West, go east to Vaughn Road, go north to NW Bypass, go east to 3rd Street NW continuing on Smelter Ave back to the place of beginning. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4200 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4300 Space Type: Mental Health Parking Spaces Total: 20 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: None Option Term: None Additional Requirements: None Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A full serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Great Falls, Montana that has expired. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
