- Previously Posted Draft SRD Previously Posted Sources Sought Synopsis The Video Data Link (VDL) program office will host an Industry Day for industry parties and government stakeholders interested in the current and future mission of the VDL program managed by the Battlefield Airmen Branch. The event will be held on 14 July 2015 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EDT, with one-on-one discussions with industry partners upon request in the afternoon of 14 July and 15 July between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM EDT. Projects to be discussed: VDL Roadmap Airborne Platform Video Data Link (AP-VDL) VDL IDIQ II Dismounted VDL Development Details: Date/Time: 14-15 July, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM EDT. Audience: Industry, Government Stakeholders Format: Briefing followed by Q&A Location: SERCO Facility 1825 Commerce Center Blvd Fairborn, OH 45324 This is a FREE event. To RSVP, please send a list of members from your organization that plan to attend to Ms. Sue Harper - suzanne.harper.ctr@us.af.mil no later than COB 3 July 2015. Due to space constraints, the number of attendees per vendor is limited to three (3) individuals. If you would like to schedule a one-on-one with the VDL team, please include this in your RSVP to Ms. Harper. This will be on a first come, first serve basis. All attendees must RSVP. REGISTRATION CLOSES ON 3 JULY 2015 AT 5:00 PM EDT. On the day of the event, all attendees must sign-in at the entrance of the building between 0815 and 0850 AM. All registered attendees will be issued badges. There will be a lunch break, no food or beverages will be served at the SERCO facility. NOTE: This is NOT a "bidder's conference" and this announcement is not a sources sought notice for a specific requirement. Furthermore, this is not a request for proposal nor is it a promise to contract or a commitment of any kind by the Government. The government will not assume liability for costs incurred by any vendor for travel or attendance at this event. A Question and Answer session is anticipated; however, time does not permit contractor capability presentations.
