- Forest Service Supplemental Specifications Maps and Drawings Wage Determination Experience Questionnaire Solicitation The project consists of removing and replacing the asphalt on the Cliff Bluff Trail located at the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center in Great Falls, Mt. The embankment behind an abutment on a foot bridge will be excavated and re-compacted. The fence and railing will be removed, modified and reinstalled. A geocomposite drain will be installed on the upper portion of the trail as well as other related work. The project is located in Great Falls, Mt at the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center. Magnitude of Project (per FAR 36.204(b)): Between $25,000 to $100,000. There is no formal site visit for this project. Vendors are strongly encouraged to visit the site prior to submitting their quote.
