- Williston Repair Toe and Crest Roads The Omaha District, US Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District is seeking qualified members of the Small Business Community (Small Businesses (SB), Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), Woman-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone Small Businesses (HUBZones) and Section 8(a) Participants or small business-led teams; small business joint ventures and Other than Small Business (OTS) concerns that qualify under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 237310 - Highway, Street and Bridge Construction for the following requirement. The contractor shall resurface/repair 8 miles of Crest Road on top of the levee and resurface/repair 8 miles of Toe Road on the land-side of the levee located at the Garrison Project Office in Williston, North Dakota. This announcement is part of our market research, and your responses are sought to identify sources that can provide these services. Interested contractors, including small businesses and small business-led teams that qualify under NAICS Code 237310 and size standard $36.5 Million are hereby invited to submit a response to the market survey to demonstrate their interest in providing the requested construction services. Please ensure the NAICS Code listed is incorporated in your current System for Award Management (SAM) profile at www.sam.gov. It is anticipated that the Government will issue a firm fixed price solicitation. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/OFFER/PROPOSAL/BID. The notice is provided as information to the marketplace and is an invitation for an expression of interest and demonstration of small business capability to provide the requested construction services. The Government will not pay for the provision of any information, nor will it compensate any respondents for the development of such information. All interested, capable, qualified and responsive contractors are encouraged to reply to this market survey request.
