- This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract for FSC 1680 Friction Lining. A total of 1 NSN is targeted for this contract effort. This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1660-01-229-0947. The proposed contract will be for a total 5 year period of performance. This is a FAR 15 effort. The below NSN has been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. NSN 1680-01-556-9141 Friction Lining Estimated Annual Demand is 156 each. Minimum Delivery Order Quantity is 39 each. Maximum Delivery Order Quantity is 156 each. Maximum Contract Quantity is 1170 each. I/A/W Kamatics Corporation CAGE 50632 P/N KWP020-096-192 Approved Source of Supply: Kamatics Corporation CAGE 50632 This Solicitation is unrestricted, Other than full and open competition under statutory authority U.S.C.2304(c)(1) FOB: Origin I/A: Destination The First Destination Transportation Program applies to this procurement. Required Delivery is 115 Days ARO. SURGE is not required for this procurement. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. Best value selection methods will be used. Pricing will be evaluated using the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
