Description
1. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT TO BE USED FOR MARKET ANALYSIS ONLY TO DETERMINE THE AVAILABILITY OF POTENTIAL SMALL BUSINESS CATEGORIES, FOR POTENTIAL SET-ASIDES. NO AWARDS WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. THEREFORE, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION. ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR THE FUTURE ACQUISITION. 2. Throughout the year, Melrose Air Force Range (MAFR) hosts Special Operations Forces and their support units and allows them to train using the facilities available on the Range. Currently, the Range has a Sanitary Latrine Facility with a 1,000-gallon water storage tank and all the necessary plumbing, but no sources of water. Cannon Air Force Base (Cannon AFB), located approximately 25 miles away from MAFR, has fill stations which can act as a fill point source for potable water. The government requires a contractor with the ability to transport potable water from Cannon AFB to MAFR under the following stipulations: 2.1. Supply vehicles and operators as needed, capable of filling the 1,000-gallon tank twice per day with potable water. 2.2. Disinfect the water tank and vehicles supplying water. 2.3. Check chlorination levels of the water. 2.4. Comply with New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) rules and regulations. 2.5 Maintain proper documentation of above actions. 2.6 Service dates are intermittent. Service may be required up to 3 or 4 times per year at duration of 1-3 months approximately. 3. All interested parties are invited to provide the following information for your company/institution and for any teaming or joint venture partners, provide examples of past experience on projects from Department of Defense, State and Local agencies that are similar in scope. Provide description, dollar value and government activity (i.e., West Point, City of New York, etc.): A. Company/Institute Name and CAGE code. B. Mailing Address. C. Point of Contact (to include phone/fax and e-mail). D. Web site, if applicable. E. State if your company is registered under NAICS or not. F. State whether your company is small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned small, HUB-Zone, 8(a) certified business concern, service disabled veteran owned, or etc. G. State the size of your company in terms of personnel. H. Degree of experience. I. Briefly describe how your company can satisfy the requirements described above, and your associated technical capabilities in 5 pages (one-sided, 12 pitch, Times New Roman) or less. 4.
