Description

The Department of Defense Education Activity intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract award on a noncompetitive basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" to J.P. McGinnis Incorporated at 14744 Cove Ave SE, Prior Lake, Minnesota 55372-2910. Description of supplies and/or services: The Department of Defense Education requires services to facilitate training special education personnel as facilitators in Individual Educational Program (IEP) meetings in which there is significant conflict between parents and school personnel. DoDEA also requires follow-up virtual training for the IEP facilitators; coaching support for all facilitators assigned to facilitate meetings; and virtual refresher training for previously trained IEP facilitators. The firm fixed price contract will be for a period of performance of one 1-year base period followed by four 12 month- option periods. PSC is U099, NAICS Code is 611710, and Size standard is $15.0 Million. This Notice of Intent is not a request for proposals. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement
