- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. CLIN0001 - ANSYS Mechanical Annual TECS, QTY 3, PoP 1/1/2015 - 12/31/2015 CLIN0002 - Geometry Interface for Parasolid TECS, QTY 1, PoP 1/1/2015 - 12/31/2015 CLIN0003 - Geometry Interface for SolidWorks Annual TECS, QTY 3, PoP 1/1/2015 - 12/31/2015 CLIN0004 - ANSYS Advanced Multiphysics (Mech/CFD/Maxwell 3D), QTY 1, PoP 1/1/2015 - 12/31/2015 CLIN0005 - ANSYS Advanced Multiphysics Annual TECS, QTY 1, PoP 1/1/2015 - 12/31/2015 (vii) The Period of Performance for this requirement is 1/1/2015 - 12/31/2015. Delivery shall be made to the US Army Research Laboratory - Aberdeen Proving Ground, Aberdeen, Maryland, 21005. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The following addenda have been attached to this provision: None (ix) The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items is NOT applicable to this acquisition.
