Description
Drawings Specifications Solicitation PROJECT INFORMATION: The work consists of furnishing all plant, equipment, labor, transportation, fuel, lubricant, supplies and materials, and performing all operations in connection with moving materials within the Sampit River Disposal Area (Georgetown County, SC). Work will include, but not be limited to earthwork necessary to raise approximately 15,000 linear feet of dikes and berm, construction and/or repair of dikes, berms, ramps, and drainage ditches, grassing, installation of spillway systems, culverts, and appurtenant items. Site is accessible by land. This effort will be a 100% Small Business Set-aside Project. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00 THIS IS A 100 % TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE ACQUISITION. ALL RESPONSIBLE OFFERORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE. The NAICS Code is 237990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $36,500,000.00. NOTE: To be considered small for purposes of Government procurement, a firm must perform at least 40 percent of the work with its own equipment or equipment owned by another small concern. The Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of this solicitation. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will only be available in electronic format, downloadable from the internet. No CD-ROMS or hardcopy documents will be distributed. Bidders must be registered in the System for Award Management and at the Federal Business Opportunity Homepage (www.fbo.gov) in order to view or download the solicitation documents. It is the responsibility of bidders to monitor the website for notices and amendments. The formal solicitation will be posted on or about 24 June 2015 with proposals due NLT 24 July 2015 at 2:00 pm EST.
