- 1449 Certs T&C Required Capabilities EOIR has a firm fixed price request for Send Word Now Software - License/Subscription/Self Registration. See attached required capabilities list. This is also a brand name or equals. EOIR request that the license software be for 5 total years. One base year and 4 additional option years. Period of Performance (POP) Base Year 7/16/15 to 7/15/16, Option Year 1 7/16/16 to 7/15/17, Option Year 2 7/16/17 to 7/15/18, Option Year 3 7/16/18 to 7/15/19, Option Year 4 7/16/19 to 7/15/20. EOIR prefers to have this invoiced in arrears monthly, please make note on quote if this is a maintenance support product sold as an item that is to be paid in full upon commencement of the term. Vendor should have their online site state if this is a maintenance support product sold as an item. Also list your DUNS# on quotation. Please contact me if you have any questions.
