Description

This synopsis is a notice intended to comply with the requirements of FAR 5.101(a)(1) and FAR 5.204. This is not a sources sought notice or Request for Information (RFI). The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) located at 12211 Science Drive, Orlando, FL 32826-3224 has a requirement under solicitation N61340-15-R-0814 to procure Courseware for a multitude of Aviation platforms. This requirement will be satisfied through a single award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract that will be conducted through competition as a total small business set aside with FSC 6910 and NAICS 541330. The Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons exception size standard of $38.5M for NAICS 54130 is intended to be used. A solicitation is anticipated to be released in the 4th quarter of Fiscal Year (FY) 2015 at which time further details will be disseminated. A contract award is contemplated for the 2nd or 3rd quarter of FY 2016. Information from interested parties is not being solicited at this time.
