Description

RFQ for Solicitation. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The government contemplates a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-74 dated July 1, 2014. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration Detroit, Michigan Laboratory requires bench-top plasma-mass spectrometer (ICPMS) system including a computer data system and a color laser printer to perform trace element analysis. The contractor shall also provide Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Performance Qualification and local operator training. A one year manufacturer's warranty and four option periods for an extended warranty/maintenance agreement are required. Offer agrees to hold the pricing firm until September 30, 2015.
