- PR 0057523593. Request for Proposal SPE4A6-15-R-0806, will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Contract for NSN 5855-01-351-2541, Detector, Integrated. This item is being procured IAW a drawing and approved source is Raytheon Company CAGE 96214, P/N A3172180. Solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition. The PR quantity is 24 each. A 100% Quantity Option does not apply. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 347 days. A Government Production Lot Test is required. Export Control applies. NSN is not a Critical Safety Item per SAP review on June 29 th 2015. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. Formal cost or pricing data is not required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on June 29, 2015. Solicitation issue date is July 17, 2015. Solicitation closing date is August 24, 2015. The estimated award date is September 7, 2015.
