- This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey (JB MDL). This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to determine the interest and capability of potential qualified firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 561621 - Security Systems Services (except locksmiths). Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the government to form a binding contract. Vendors are reminded that only Contracting Officers are authorized to commit the government to the obligation of funds. At this time no solicitation exists, therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. JB MDL is seeking interested sources for a possible contract. JB MDL is seeking contractor to furnish and upgrade a security camera system that is compatible with the existing Allegiant Matrix/Control System currently used. The compatibility must be similar in operation, appearance and function. Replacement parts will be interchangeable to the greatest extent possible with existing equipment. Replace/Install the following: 32 channel fusion 4 DVR (4TB) - Honeywell model #HF43248R4T0N or equal High Resolution cameras - Model #CAM-8D-21DN or equal UPS # model - UPS-VA1000RM or equal Fiber TX - Model # - FBR-8VM-TX Fiber RX - #FBR-8VM- RX (There are also the 4 channel version Fiber RX - #FBR-4VM - RX ) or equal 32" monitor - model # UML-323-90 or equal Client workstation - Model # CWS-C or equal Fiber TX - FBR-8VM-TX Fiber RX - #FBR-8VM-RX (There are also the 4 channel version Fiber RX - #FBR-4VM - RX ) Cameras w/telephone lens - model # CAM-8D-21IR or equal All potential offerors are encouraged to submit a response. Please submit responses to Michael.yerger.1@us.af.mil. Responses are to be submitted no later than July 8, 2015 at 1100 Eastern Standard Time. Interested parties shall furnish the following minimum information: 1. Company name and address. 2. Company point of contact name, telephone number and email address. 3. Company business size and status (i.e., Large Business, Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Women-Owned Small Business, etc.), the number of years in business, affiliate information: parent company, joint venture partners, potential teaming partners. 4. If the company holds a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Contract, please list the GSA Contract Number and relevant SINS. 5. Capabilities/Qualifications: A short written response stating your capacity to fulfill this requirement.
