Description

The FAA requires a survey for the SMX Runway 12/30 in preparation for replacement of a VASI with a PAPI. Qualified surveying/engineering firms that are small businesses under NAICS 541370 and who are registered in the System for Award Management (http://www.sam.gov/) site are eligible. See attached RFQ and SOW for details. The relevant Advisory Circular and Order are attached for reference. Submit completed RFQ form and business declaration by COB Thursday July 16, 2015.
