Attachment 3: Word Count Pricing Sheet Attachment 2: Script for Quote Attachment 1: Statement of Need Solicitation RFQ 1.1. General Information. The Profession of Arms Center of Excellence (PACE) produce Air Force Handbook 1 (AFH 1), Airman which is the single source reference for the Promotion Fitness and USAF Supervisory examinations. They maintain and develop supporting website for this promotion study reference. 1.2. Overview. This SON addresses the task of producing audio files in support of the AFH 1, Airman study guide which contains 21 chapters with approximately 296,000 words. The contractor shall be responsible for the production of audio files correlating to the text included in the study guide. 1.2.1. The government will provide the scripts for the audio files as well as a table showing word count per chapter (see attachment 1). 1.3. Requirement. The contractor is required to: 1.3.1. Provide clear, professional and non-monotone MP3 files for a completed Airman study guide divided into chapters. 1.3.2. Provide clear recordings without any regional accents or other speech impediments. 1.3.3. Provide four male and four female voices for study guide recording. 1.3.4. Provide a website to host the files so PACE can download and review the audio files. 2.0. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED RESOURCES 2.1. The government will provide the original text to be recorded in Microsoft Word format. A liaison will be assigned to assist with recording production, as needed. 2.2. The contractor shall have access to government regulations, specifications, standards, technical manuals, and other documentation as required. 3.0. DELIVERABLES 3.1. General Guidance. Only PACE personnel have the authority to inspect, accept, or reject all deliverables. 3.2. Chapter Submission. The contractor will submit completed audio files via website. These files will be reviewed and if any corrections are needed, the contractor will be notified. All corrections must then be made and audio files resubmitted NLT 5 days after notification. Submit all chapters individually as completed, but NLT 90 days after contract award. Chapters can be provided to the government for review/approval/payment non-sequentially.
