- Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan Department of Labor Wage Determination 2005-2133 (rev 14) Performance Work Statement Request for Proposal The offeror shall provide system management services for the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) Enterprise-wide Land Mobile Radio (ELMR) system in accordance with the Performance Work Statement uploaded with this announcement. This requirement contains a basic year of performance and four one-year option periods. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FA6643-15-R-0019, is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82, Defense Procurement Notification 20150602 and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2015-0406. This acquisition is a small business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502.2, Total Small Business Set-Asides. The applicable NAICS code is 541513. The size standard is $27.5M. The resulting contract will be awarded on an all or none basis. The contractor's proposal must include all items listed in this synopsis/solicitation.
