- PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT RFQ Speech Language Pathologist or Teacher -FS/SC DDESS Laurel Bay Schools The Department of Defense Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) intends to award on a competitive basis, using simplified acquisition procedures, a contract for Speech Language Pathologist or Teacher services in support of the Special Education Program located at Fort Jackson, SC. The period of performance is 15 August 2015 through 31 July 2016 with two option years. The solicitation number is HEVAS6-15-T-0035 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular, Class Deviation and DCN as of date of this solicitation. The Department of Defense Domestic Elementary and Secondary Schools is a federal government agency, an education activity, tax exempt, and qualified for academic/educational pricing.
