Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 11 Contracting Office, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, STE M2200, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 anticipates the award of a firm fixed price contract for rental of CO2 Lasers, related surgical equipment and technician services for the period of one year from date of award plus four (4) option years for the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. The period of contract award is one year with four (4) option years. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 532490. To be considered a small business under this NAICS code the SBA size standard must not exceed $32.5 Million. The request for quote (RFQ) solicitation number VA251-15-Q-0368_2 will be issued on or about July 17, 2015. All information for this solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov). Potential bidders must register at FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov) to receive notifications and/or changes to the solicitation.
