Description

RFQ AG84N8S150028A Tree Spray_UWC SF30 Amendment 1 This project consists of tree spraying, approximately 550 lodgepole Pine and 1,392 Engelmann Spruce trees at various campgrounds and non-developed recreation sites on the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest. All trees to be sprayed are located on the Heber-Kamas, Evanston-Mountain View, Ogden, and Logan Ranger Districts. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipmetn, supervision, transportation, supplies, and incidentals (except those designated as Government-furnished) necessary to perform this project. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business. Price range is between $25,000 and $150,000. The NAICS code is 115310 and the size standard is $7.5. The solicitaiton document and incororated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82 effective 07 May 2015. Quoes must be received by 3:00 p.m. MST on Wednesday, July 22, 2015. NOTE: Propective awardee shall be registered in the System for Award Maintenance (SAM) database prior to award.
