Description

The Contractor shall provide port-a-potties, dumpsters, security lights, privacy screens, security barriers, canopies, chairs tables, warehouse fans, and hand washing stations. Also required are buses, vans, and SUV ™s for transportation of personnel between the COMFORT to Medical project Sites at the beginning, during and at the end of the mission, one 5,000 pound (2,267kg) lift-capable outdoor forklift, diesel fuel for generators, 20 foot (6.1 meter) tractor-trailer for transportation of equipment between the COMFORT and COMFORT HELO Landing Zone to Medical project Sites at the beginning, during, and at the end of the mission. It is essential that all required services be coordinated with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and available upon arrival of forces/guests unless otherwise specified by COR. The ESC shall work closely with the assigned COR, in the coordination and scheduling, ensuring effective completion of all services. The ESC shall provide all labor, material, personnel, operational and technical support to perform the statement of work for the execution of this exercise. The solicitation will be available around 28 JUL 2015 and contract award no later than 18 AUG 2015.
